It's time to take action on your own behalf on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. That means no more procrastinating -- read a book or play with the dog instead of zoning out in front of the TV, and eat well instead of eating to feel full. Taking proper care of yourself can be a brave, if not revolutionary, act. The last two days of the week are a good time to see how you can juggle your schedule so you have more time for nourishment on all levels: mental, spiritual, emotional and physical. Get used to seeking balance, finding it, losing it and then finding it again over the weekend.
