Resolved Question: how do I know if my loved one is a "Holdover" at Seagoville Fed. prison?

My loved one was in Lubbock Co. Jail inTx. and part of the plea-bargain was that he be sent out here to Ca. to do his time (hopefully Lompoc Fed prison) his brother who was also involved in the case has already been sent there.. His brother has no children , mine does (minor children) but when they sent mine up to the FTC in OKC. they kept him there about a week then moved him back down to Seagoville FCI in TX. I'm hoping he is just a holdover but am only able to keep track of where he is by checking the Fed.
