Resolved Question: What song was this i danced to at homecoming?

so homecoming was on saturday(it was cabrillo's in lompoc CA if that helps) and it was really special. it was like my first real date kind of and i really liked this guy. well we slowdanced and, stupid me, i didnt bother trying to figure out what song it was but it was a slow country song it was san by a guy it had a lot of piano in the begginning and end but i dont remember if it got more "intense" with guitars and drums and stuff it wasnt like a guy with a really low voice like some country singers, but it wasnt incredibly high either please if you know any songs that fit this category, lease leave the song name and artist oh yeah it wasnt extremely country where you just want to shout "yeehaw!" or anything lol...
